Thank you for your interest in our school. 

Our application process is as follows: 

 Please email us on administration@sunningdaleschool.co.za with the following documents:

1) ID of both parents

2) Birth Certificate of the learner applying 

3) Inoculation Certificate/Booklet (applicable for Grade 1 to 3 Learners)

4) Progress Reports / Latest School Report 

5) Medical Reports (Diagnosis)

6) Proof of Residence

7) 3 Months Payslip or Bank Statement if Self Employed 

On receipt of the above will we send you the application form to complete. One completion please send back as soon as possible 

An appointment will be made for an assessment the learner, your child will get to spend the day at our school to ensure it would be a great fit for both the school and the learner. 

You as the parent will then be notified of the outcome of the application. 

** Please note we only take a maximum of 10 learners per grade**
